Emily Trott is Client Services Director, managing delivery across a varied range of global and local optimization engagements. Emily has experience across many facets of marketing, with particular focus on identifying efficiency gains through strategic re-alignment, managing agency relationships, process improvement and marketing systems delivery.
Emily has primary experience across retail, telecommunications, automotive and media, with some experience of public sector engagements.
Prior to MSC Emily worked within the business consultancy division of IBM, where she focused on several projects covering change management for online implementations, agency relationship management and the shaping of learning and development programmes.
