Steve joined MSc from Capgemini with experience in programme management, change management and complex implementation projects with specialist knowledge in workshop design and facilitation. Tools and methodologies used included process mapping, stakeholder analysis, hypothesis generation, storyboarding, impact analysis and team dynamics assessment. Clients included a large telecommunications company, a number of government departments and a transport company.
Since joining MSc, he has worked on a number of different and varied projects including Shell, ASDA, BAT (British American Tobacco) and SABMiller.
